Terms & Policies
These terms explain how Verse Institute provides online education, communicates with families, and handles payments, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Services and enrollment
Verse Institute provides online Quran classes, Islamic studies, Arabic, English, IT, academic tutoring, teacher training, and related educational services. Class availability, teacher assignment, schedule, platform, and course scope are confirmed with the student or parent before enrollment.
2. Student and parent responsibilities
Students and parents should provide accurate contact details, attend scheduled classes on time, maintain a suitable learning environment, and communicate schedule changes as early as possible. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ participation and online safety.
3. Payments and communication
Payment instructions are shared through official Verse Institute communication channels. For book purchases and service enrollment, WhatsApp may be used to confirm the order, price, timing, and delivery details. Please verify the recipient and order details before sending payment.
4. Refund policy
Verse Institute does not generally offer refunds after payment. A refund will only be considered where Verse Institute is unwilling or unable to provide the confirmed service, or where Verse Institute rejects the request and does not provide the service. Refund eligibility does not apply to a change of mind, missed classes, late attendance, incorrect student information, or failure to use a delivered digital book.
Where a refund is approved under this limited policy, the amount and method will be confirmed by Verse Institute after reviewing the circumstances. Any third-party payment processing charges may be handled according to the applicable provider’s rules.
5. Class changes and cancellations
Schedules may be adjusted by mutual agreement based on teacher and student availability. Verse Institute may change a teacher, platform, or time when reasonably necessary and will communicate material changes as soon as possible.
6. Digital books
PDF books purchased through the Books page are for the purchaser’s personal educational use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchased digital files must not be copied, resold, publicly uploaded, or distributed without permission.
7. Privacy and safeguarding
We use the information submitted through the website or WhatsApp to respond to inquiries, arrange classes, process orders, and provide support. We do not ask students to share unnecessary sensitive information. Parents should contact us if they have any safeguarding concern.
8. Contact
For questions about these terms, courses, or book purchases, contact Verse Institute on WhatsApp or email info@verseinstitute.com.
